Preferred Specimen: One Gold-top or red top SST tube. (Minimum Whole Blood: 4.0 mL)*
Also acceptable: One Lithium Heparin or Sodium Heparin tube (Minimum Whole Blood: 3.0 mL)*
*Specimen should be tightly stoppered
